Some of the most popular NBA greats who have played for the Harlem Globetrotters are George (Meadowlark) Lemon, Wilt (The Stilt) Chamberlain, Nat (Sweetwater) Clifton, and Marques Haynes. Lynette Woodard and Joyce Walker were the very first female players signed to the Harlem Globetrotters in 1985.
